Član 1.
Udruženje građana »Consilium Artium «(u daljem tekstu udruženje)osnovano je kao nestranačko nevladino i neprofitno udruženje građanja čiji je cilj promocija umetnosti, naše i svetske muzičke baštine u zemlji i inostranstvu,razmena znanja,iskustava u cilju obrazovanja mladih.
Član 2.
Radi ostvarivanja svojih ciljeva Udruženje naročito
1) Organizuje koncerte i festivale u oblasti muzike i drugih umetnosti
2) prikuplja i obrađuje stručnu literaturu u oblasti obrazovanja i organizuje, samo ili u zajednici sa drugim organizacijama,stručne skupove,savetovanja,seminare i druge oblike stručnog obrazovanja u ovoj oblasti
3) objavljuje audio/video nosače zvuka članova udruženja na neprofitnoj osnovi, knjige,časopise i druge publikacije u oblasti umetnosti, obrazovanja u skladu sa zakonom
4) organizuje stručne saradnike za rad na projektima iz domena umetnosti i opšteg obrazovanja.
5) sarađuje sa stručnim udruženjima i drugim organizacijama u zemlji i inostranstvu koja se bave obrazovanjem i umetnošću.

Pursuant to provisions of Articles 6 and 10 of the Law on Citizens’ Associations, Social Organisations and Political Organisations which shall be founded in the SFRY territory (Official Gazette of SFRY no 42/90), the inaugural assembly of the Citizens’ Association “Consilium Artium” in its session held on 03 November 2005 in Belgrade adopted the following:
Article 1 Citizens’ Associations “Consilium Artium (hereinafter the Association) shall be founded as a non-political, non-governmental and non-profit citizen’s association with the goal of promoting art, local and foreign music heritage in country and abroad, exchanging knowledge and experiences with the aim of educating the young.
Article 2 For the purpose of achieving its goals the Association shall primarily: 1) organize concerts and festivals in the field of music and other forms of art 2) collect and process professional literature in the field of education and organize, solely or together with the other organisations, professional assemblies, advisories, seminars and other forms of professional education in this field. 3) publish audio/video media of the members of the Association on a non-profit basis, books, magazines and other publications in the field of art and education in accordance with the law. 4) organise professional associates for projects in the field of art and general education. 5) cooperate with professional associations and other organisations in the country and abroad dealing with education and art.
